THE RIVAGE CLUB 

Each Rivage Club order begins with a gesture of care, from the moment it leaves our atelier to the instant it reaches your hands.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email. As soon as your parcel ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey.

Estimated delivery times are:

• France: 1 to 3 business days

• Europe: 1 to 3 business days

• International: 5 to 10 business days

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can extend delivery times. While we work with trusted carriers, Rivage Club cannot be held responsible for delays related to local customs processes.

We currently do not offer express or next-day shipping. Our philosophy embraces a slower rhythm, one that honors time, detail, and intention.

Track Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. From there, you’ll be able to follow every step of its journey — from our atelier to your doorstep.

International customers can also track their order via the dedicated link in their confirmation email.
For deliveries within France, please refer directly to the shipping confirmation you received.

Customs Fees and Taxes
Deliveries to the European Union are not subject to import duties or additional taxes.
For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, or New Zealand, duties and taxes are prepaid on your behalf.

For other international destinations, duties may apply. You’ll have the option to settle them at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your local regulations.

Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
